Our team

Jean-Baptiste founded NEXBONIS from an RBB carve-out in 2024. Today, he manages NEXBONIS' operations and development.

With many years' experience in auditing, chartered accountancy and transaction services (EY from 2000 to 2011, RBB from 2012 to 2023) in France and also in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Jean-Baptiste is developing consulting and support services for group finance departments and entrepreneurs.

Attracted by the business world and an entrepreneur himself (he founded a web agency in 1998), his interest in technology companies and the media has been a constant in his professional career.

After studying management at the Sorbonne and Paris Dauphine, Jean-Baptiste qualified as a chartered accountant. He is now also a CSRD auditor.

At NEXBONIS, Lise manages the Audit department: legal audit (mainly IFRS and French GAAP), contractual audit, ad-hoc...

Lise joined our team as Senior Manager in the Audit department in 2019, after 6 years with international firms (KPMG and GRANT THORNTON) before becoming a partner in 2025.

Over the course of her career, Lise has audited companies of all sizes, both listed and unlisted, and assisted some of them with financial due diligence.

Lise holds a Master's degree in CCA (accounting, control and auditing) from the University of Montpellier and obtained her DSCG. She is a certified public accountant.

Lise works in French and English.

Michel joined our audit team almost 20 years ago, after spending a decade in international accounting firms.

He has solid skills in auditing, tax assistance, finance, accounting and control.

Michel has audited companies of all sizes, both listed and unlisted. His second speciality is assisting the French subsidiaries of foreign companies, and producing management and consolidation accounts (IFRS and French GAAP). He has also carried out interim management assignments for finance departments.

Michel holds a DEUG from ASSAS Paris II and a DECF.

Michel works in French, English and Spanish.

Cheyenne joined NEXBONIS as Manager in the Audit department in 2025, after 3 years with EY.

Over the course of his career, Cheyenne has audited companies of all sizes, both listed and unlisted, mainly in the retail and pharmaceutical sectors.

Cheyenne holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Neoma Business School.

Owen joined NEXBONIS in 2025 as an analyst in the Deal Advisory department.

After initial experience in public accounting with RBB Business Advisors, he continued his career in auditing with EY. Attracted by the dynamics of external growth, he then turned to Mergers & Acquisitions, joining the Crédit Agricole Group as an analyst. Owen then joined the Corporate Development department of the EFOR group, where he actively contributed to the acquisition process and the implementation of the group's development strategy.

Its missions cover financial due diligence, valuation and modeling, as well as financial and strategic consulting.

He holds a Master's degree in International Finance from Rennes School of Business.

Owen works in French and English.

Vanessa joined NEXBONIS in 2025 as Director of Consulting & Strategy. With over twenty years' experience in financial and general management in the ready-to-wear and lifestyle sectors, Vanessa is involved in financial, transactional, strategic and organizational issues.

After starting her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, then in internal audit at Lucien Barrière, in 2000 Vanessa joined Bonpoint as Group Financial Controller and head of the US subsidiary. She then joined Merci as Head of the Fashion business unit, then Bonton as General Manager and finally Officine Générale as General Manager. Vanessa has been involved in acquisitions, disposals and fund-raising for over 15 years in her preferred sector: Fashion & Lifestyle.

Vanessa has a degree in corporate finance from the Université Paris-Dauphine PSL.

She works in French and English.
